Paleo Xylitol Recipes






The opinion as to whether xylitol is considered paleo is divided. some paleo followers use xylitol on occasion as a substitute for sugar. others avoid xylitol entirely, as it is still a form of sugar.. Xylitol (72% carbs, paleo sweetener, but not recommended) this natural granulated sweetener is made from fermented whole plant pulp. since you can ferment it yourself with the starter yeast pichia stipitis , i consider it a paleo sweetener.. Last week i shared with you a huge list of 35 low-carb snacks.. so many of those are either favorites of ours, or are on the list to be made soon! this week, i have an even bigger list of low-carb desserts, with all of them also being vegan desserts (or having vegan options)..
